Manage comms and change activities: Project naming guidelines, Learner Communications – process, templates, logs, coordination with firm comms resources – social learning elements, Google Sites, gamification elements, etc – FAQ and People Ops Call Center set-up and learner escalations and responses
Manage learner experience/delivery/release: testing, piloting, accessibility considerations, materials production and distribution, net zero best practices, wellbeing, Crisis preparedness/support, incident
People Leadership:
Oversees the function to partner with leadership to drive short and long term people strategy from hire to retire relations and other compliance and community support programs.
Sets clear objectives for team members based on capacity and specialization; Identifies, grooms, rewards and develops high performing team members as future leaders
Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

Significant experience in working in large and diverse service delivery teams across a large multi-national services organization
