Demonstrates extensive knowledge, ability and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

• Exercising independent judgment to analyze, organize and escalate data, working with incomplete and/or complicated inputs and outputs, for managing compliance and business risk;
• Leading operations and projects, successfully driving process improvement by analyzing current processes, leveraging problem-solving know-how, and developing solutions for creating efficiencies;
• Collaborating with leaders, project teams and internal stakeholders from OFRO, Ethics & Compliance, Products & Technology, Global R&I and client services to provide process guidance and translate strategic business goals into operational and process enhancements;
• Applying knowledge of firm and client data, engagement lifecycles and internal relationships cross-functionally to build trust and drive outcomes;
• Understanding of relationship checking, conflicts checking, Chapter 11 bankruptcy processes, regulatory and/or legal compliance associated with relationship and conflict checking;
• Understanding of fuzzy matching, data deduping, query analysis, data warehousing, master data management, data modeling;
• Possessing working knowledge and experience with Agile and project management methodologies;
• Respecting and maintaining confidentiality of clients, staff, and firm information;
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines;
• Communicating and presenting cogently;
• Exhibiting executive presence to colleagues and senior level leadership as a trusted business advisor;
• Managing, developing and coaching staff, including remote resources;
• Participating in the evaluation of periodic data to identify trends and opportunities to improve operational and process performance;
• Accepting accountability for performance measurement, in accordance with goals;
• Working with Google and Microsoft business intelligence suite of products; and,
• Working with data analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI.
