Working knowledge of a variety of learning solutions/methods, including a baseline
understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, measurement/learning outcomes,
major learning technologies and problem-based learning approaches and how to leverage these
given the business needs of stakeholders, (e.g. make links between issues, trends, disruptive
forces and the services we offer);
Understanding of instructional design and business knowledge/acumen;
Demonstrating the ability to translate business strategy into capability needs and then into a
learning strategy;
Teaming across functions, markets, Lines of Service;
Understanding of NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements;
Analyzing and synthesizing significant amounts of information from multiple sources (including
BU, LoS priorities) and effectively translate this information into recommended learning solutions
and a learning strategy for a business area;
Working knowledge of project management and experience guiding/overseeing many complex
project teams, as well as understanding change management concepts and techniques
including the identification of change impacts and recommendations;
Delegating and driving accountability across a multi-functional team and across multiple
projects;
Consulting with business sponsors and project teams to translate business strategy into
capability needs and then into a learning strategy;
Working knowledge of budgets, resourcing, forecasts and other management reporting
responsibilities;
Possessing ability to prioritize, make decisions and drive outcomes, while considering multiple
factors such as risk, cost, timing, outcome, etc.;
Intentionally build diverse teams and initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all
levels;
Working effectively with key business sponsors, Knowledge Management (KM), Meeting &
Event Services (MES) and HR and across other IFS and Human Capital functional teams,
focusing on improving deliverables, process and integration of teams, as appropriate, to
accomplish goals;
Capturing and assessing learning needs and gaps and work on the definitions of outcomes and
measurement that meet the needs of the stakeholders from the business;
Assessing value and effectiveness of learning solutions and strategy and articulating and
communicating value delivered to sponsors/stakeholders;
Communicating effectively, and building relationships with executive stakeholders;
Facilitating effective meetings;
Having working knowledge of negotiation skills including conflict resolution;
Proactively integrating wellbeing team planning and integrating protected time planning and
promote team flexibility;
Proactively identifying issues so that client needs are addressed and resolved in a timely
manner to the appropriate team/leader; and; and,
Providing attention to quality and detail while employing big-picture, high-level thinking.

environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a
tech-enabled learning experience, including:
Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and
prototyping);
Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience
innovating with new learning technology tools; and,
Using firm technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
