·        to communicate with compassion, with prior verbal warnings, one written warning & eventually terminating  the services of an employee , if  no change is seen  in the areas of concern

    

·        Firing process to be honest, fair& transparent                                      to clearly state reason for asking the employee to leave as unless the termination is over an integrity issue , firing an employee is no longer considered a reflection of his/her abilities  nor does it reflect well on the company as employees are often considered as brand ambassadors.
